We capture the following information on our site:
By filling in the contact form on the page https://www.digitalinsights.ie/contact-us, this generates an email directly to us, with your name and contact details that you provide to us. We will only ever contact you having filled this form in, and will only ever respond to the details provided.
There is an email subscription form in the footer, which is managed by a third party company named Mailchimp and your details are stored on their database. We have access to this through the Mailchimp system wich is an Email Service Provider company that enables companies to contact users via email channels when they have subscribed to their newsletter. Explicit permission has to be given in order to contact you.
Excepting MailChimp, we do not share your data with any 3rd parties.
We will only ever contact you when you make a request to us via the contact form or if you have signed up for a newsletter. We fully comply with GDPR and will only ever contact you via mail according to the regulations set down by the GDPR legislation.
